Warranty Return

Warranty Return

DogWatch will replace or repair your defective DogWatch receiver collar or Product during the warranty period by reason of improper workmanship and/or materials for the Warranty period from the original date of sale for as long as the Product is owned by the original owner. For more information, please refer to our Warranty Information page. The $20 Warranty Return fee covers processing and shipping.

In order to return your product, please purchase a Warranty Return in our online store and mail your product to: DFW DogWatch -1114 San Miguel Dr Duncanville, TX 75137.  Make sure to include your name, return address, and the issue with the product.

Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will refund (less the cost of card processing fees and shipping) within 14 days of the original purchase. Products must be unused and and returned in original packaging. Proof of purchase is necessary. To arrange a return or exchange, please send us a message at info@dfwdogwatch.com.  Please include your order number, contact information and a reason for the return with your shipment. All returns are subject to approval and will have a 15% restocking fee.
